The World Museum Liverpool:So yesterday 29/03/13 i went to the museum with my sister and two nephews for a day out.We got the train over to Liverpool in the morning and stayed until late afternoon after having our dinner too. I've been so many times but i still love it there.I could spend hours there taking pictures or drawing.We also went to the planetarium to watch a show about the sun and moon and it was so good,my nephews loved it! So here are some pictures i took whilst there from all of the different floors and sections.
Haul:So i finally got myself a leather jacket!!! I've been after one for so long,and i found such a nice one in h&m.So i had to get it.I'm still indecisive whether i suit it or not,but i'm keeping it as i know months down the line i will regret it if i took it back especially as it's coming up to summer.I also bought myself new yellow nail varnish which i'm not too happy about as you have to put so many coats of it on for the colour to stand out.I got a new blusher as i was in need of one,as mine was running on smallest amount.Then i got another bargain from asda,the Tresemme hair mask repair for £3.You use it once a week and it helps repair slit ends and damaged hair.Then i got some lace/fishnet socks to wear with my ankle boots, tights, necklace, earrings,and a studded bracelet all from primark.
40's & 50's:So a little while ago i designed some underwear based on the 40's 7 50's era. I loved the high waisted knickers and the extended bras and wanted to make my own as that's what i'm currently studying. I have included some images of my sketch book so you can see my thought process and what i researched into and i have also shown pictures of my finished pieces.Enjoy
